Just as Jesus went to a solitary place to pray early in the morning while it was still dark,
the members of Center Church of Truth in Chicago also begin each day in prayer.
In the Lord’s Prayer, Jesus promised us “daily bread.”
This “daily bread” refers not only to physical nourishment,
but also to the spiritual nourishment we need each day.
Just as we cannot live today on yesterday’s food,
believers cannot live today on yesterday’s grace.
We need fresh grace today—grace that helps us live by God’s Word today.
That is why we gather in the early morning hours to begin our day with prayer.
As we offer the first moments of each day to the Lord,
we pray that God would use our church, our families, and each of us individually
to carry out His will throughout the day He has given us.

오늘에는 오늘을 주님 말씀대로 살게 도우시는
오늘의 은혜가 필요한 것입니다.
새벽에 함께 모여 하루의 첫 시간을
주님 앞에 모여 기도로 시작함으로
우리 교회와 가정과 각 개인이 주님 주신 하루를
주님께서 주님의 뜻을 이루는 일에
사용해주시길 기도합니다.
