At the Youth Ministry of Center Church of Truth in Chicago, we recognize that the teenage years—when youth begin to step away from their parents' care and are exposed to many temptations and worldly ideologies that contradict God's Word—are a unique and irreplaceable season in life when they must personally encounter God.
That is why we devote ourselves to loving, serving, and teaching our youth through worship filled with the awe of experiencing God's love, praise that brings joy to God's heart, Bible study that helps them know who He is, and prayer that leads them to experience God's helping power.
Our goal is that they no longer merely follow the God of their parents, but meet their own God, walk with Him like David did, trust Him wholeheartedly, and be prepared to become mighty warriors of God who can overcome the darkness of this world.

"내가 주께 대하여 귀로 듣기만 하였사오나 이제는 눈으로 주를 뵈옵나이다." (욥기 42:5)
시카고 중앙 진리교회 중고등부에서는 부모의 품을 떠나 많은 유혹과 하나님의 말씀과 반대되는 세상의 이론에 노출되는 성인이 되기 전의 청소년기가 하나님을 반드시 인격적으로 만나야 하는 두 번 다시 오지 않을 인생의 소중한 시기인 것을 명심합니다.
그래서 하나님의 사랑을 경험하는 감격이 있는 예배, 하나님을 기뻐하는 찬양, 하나님을 알아가는 말씀공부, 하나님의 도우시는 능력을 경험하는 기도를 통해 우리 자녀들이 더 이상 부모님의 하나님이 아닌 나의 하나님을 만나고 다윗처럼 하나님과 동행하며 하나님을 의지하며 이 험한 흑암세상을 이길 수 있는 하나님의 강한 용사로 준비될 수 있도록 사랑하며 섬기며 가르치는 일에 최선을 다합니다.
